For custom wigs after order is processed custom wigs will be created and shipped within 10-14 Business Days.
Domestic Flat Rate Shipping: Approximately 2-3 business days
We are not responsible for any delays in shipments due to incorrect shipping information, weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. A tracking number will be sent to your email given before checking out or PayPal email address. Please track your shipment at www.USPS.com . If you have not received a tracking number after three business days, please contact customer service at email@example.com
AT THE MOMENT BECAUSE OF THE COVID19 WE ARE ONLY DOING SHIPPING ORDERS. All products are available for pick up. Please allow 2-5 business days for processing. After order has been processed you will receive an email notifying you that your order is ready for pick up within 2-4 Business days. If have not received an email on the Second day. Due to the nature of the items all orders are non-refundable. Before ordering we advise you to make sure you are ordering the correct items, we do not do exchanges. However, we will allow exchanges if the Company has issued the wrong items. If received the wrong order, please contact customer services within 14 business days of receiving your hair to get an exchange. Hair must be returned in its original packaging with the original labels. Hair MUST BE uncombed, not brushed, or finger-combed to be considered for an exchange. If the hair shows signs of temperament, the item will be returned to you.
We are not able to STOP a payment once orders have been placed.
